Tot-Lot Retention/Removal: RFC, Poll

The WCA Board is considering removing Woodkake's tot-lots. Input from the community regarding the retention or removal of the tot-lots is welcome. Please voice your suggestions/concerns here, and vote in the poll.

The tot-lot area should be retained. In a townhouse community, shared
playground space is necessary. Has the Owen Brown Association and Columbia Association been notified about this discussion?
Using the area for an alternative use may be a violation of covenants. The
WCA newsletter should keep residents notified regarding this topic and
information on this bulletin board should be provided.
